Terms and Conditions – EnvioCore LLC

1. Introduction  

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by EnvioCore LLC (“Enviocore,” “we,” or “our”). By booking a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided  

EnvioCore offers the following environmental inspection and testing services:

  • Asbestos Services
  • Mold Testing
  • Lead Testing
  • Radon Testing
  • Home and Commercial Inspections
  • Water Testing
  • Do-It-Yourself Testing Kits

3. Booking & Payments  

  • A $100 deposit is required to confirm any booking.
  • Full payment is due immediately after service completion and before delivery of test results or reports.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • ACH Transfer
  • Business or corporate checks only (no personal checks accepted)

Please note: Payment by check is not considered complete until the check has cleared our bank. Simply receiving the check does not count as payment.

4. Cancellations  

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

5. Promotions  

Enviocore occasionally offers special promotions, such as discounts on service fees.

  • The current offer of 10% off the base fee is only valid if explicitly requested by the client at the time of booking.
  • This promotion applies only to clients who found the offer on our website and called to schedule directly.
  • The discount applies to the base inspection fee only and does not apply to lab sample costs, testing materials, or any additional services.

6. Liability & Disclaimers  

  • EnvioCore is not liable for any pre-existing environmental or structural issues discovered during or after inspection.
  • We do not guarantee future conditions of the property post-inspection or remediation.
  • Recommendations made by EnvioCore are based solely on the information available at the time of service.
