Sales Associate

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to address customer inquiries and successfully finalize sales transactions by presenting the services that best meet the customer's needs. Customers may contact us through third-party services such as Home Advisor or Yelp, through our website or one of the social media channels, or by phone.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing all inquiries that come in during your shift (acknowledge the opportunity - make the initial contact - get into a direct conversation).
  • Listening to clients' needs and offering the best solution to their problems (an environmental inspection, abatement service, restoration construction service or any other service on our menu).
  • Following up on the last agreement with the client to increase the probability of turning the inquiry into a paid service.

We Require:

  • The ability to have meaningful communication with customers, ask questions, understand their needs, and agree on a course of action.
  • The ability to learn fast.
  • A positive and encouraging attitude.
  • Full availability during your scheduled hours.
  • A computer/laptop and a headset.
  • A fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Computer proficiency that will allow you to learn our CRM, in which you will schedule jobs for our Inspectors.

This is a fully remote job that you can do at home practically anywhere in the world. Our customers are located in Denver and you will have to adjust your working time to U.S. Mountain Time.
