Asbestos Inspector
In response to our expanding operations and the increasing demand from clients, we are actively seeking a Certified Asbestos Inspector to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assigned asbestos inspections in strict adherence to legal requirements and company protocols.
- Generating essential documentation, including floor plans, photographs, and Chain of Custody (CoC).
- Ensuring the timely delivery of samples to a laboratory or coordinating shipping through a courier company.
- Thoroughly reviewing and endorsing the final report compiled by our Project Managers.
- Engaging in cross-selling and up-selling initiatives during client interactions.
- Actively prospecting new clients through targeted leafleting activities, networking, or other suitable methods.
- Participating in agreed-upon training programs that, upon successful completion, lead to certifications in additional environmental inspections such as lead, mold, radon, and more.
Requirements:
- Possession of CDPHE Asbestos certification is mandatory. Additional certifications (e.g.: lead, AMS, etc) will be considered advantageous.
- At ease with modern technology: smartphones, laptops and tablets. We are not a technology company but our employees need to use our company systems such as CRM, Videoconferencing, Project Management, VoiP, etc.
- Personal tools for sample collection and essential equipment, including a camera, smartphone, and possibly a laptop.
- Access to a personal vehicle (with travel costs covered by the company).
